    On 3/3/2023, I hired the contractor to remove and cut down tree branches around my house. Upon entering my backyard, the worker used a 65' boom truck and wasn't watching where he was going (could have been drinking) and hit the side of my house causing damages to my new roof, gutters, downsprout and now have a hole access to my attic inside the house. ***** the owner took accountability to fix and resolve the issue and it has been over 2 weeks now since my issue is not resolved. He has been promising on a good day when it doesn't snow and rain that my issue would be resolved and then I hear a new story of having someone who specializes in it to fix after 3pm but never showed. I paid $1200 for the services and the cost of my repairs to my roof may even be around the same amount. He dodges all my calls and I have everything on video. Please do not hire this man to do any services as you cannot trust him.
