      had initial deliver of GE dishwasher at beginning of march 2025. Within 2 weeks that initial dishwasher broke and was unfixable. It was replaced as being a lemon and a new Dishwasher (model number GDF650SYV2FS, serial number ********** was installed on May 12th and now on may 23rd (9 days later), the new replacement dishwasher is again not working. Given this one is a lemon also, I am requesting full refund of my initial cost plus installation so I may buy a different competitors dishwasher.

      Purchased a Stackable Washer/Dryer from ********** For $1.454.27 plus $78.39 for Power cords on 7/24/22 with 1 year warranty. On 10/31/22 no heat in dryer , Warranty paid for service call. On 10/19/23 {3 mo. after warranty exprired] no heat in dryer again. Wire had burned in back of dryer. To repair the charge is $393.60 and no guarantee it won't happen again. I feel General Electric should pay this service call or refund my purchase price. Dont feel real safe with this unit !!

      Description of complaint:I purchased a GE washer/dryer combo from ********** ***************************** ****** ** ***** and it was delivered to my lake cottage (***********************************************************************) on 6/30/2023. Model #PFQ978FPVODS. This machine never worked from day one. GE sent a repair person after a week. The repairman said it is missing parts including the motherboard and balancing springs, among other things. He said that since this item is so new, he cannot even get parts for it for another couple months. I have been without a washer/dryer for one month now, since they hauled my still usable washer away. ********** is charging me for this and has refused to take it back. They don't want to get stuck with it. I have not been able to use this ever!Desired settlement: Replacement with new washer/dryer combo.

      Since December of 2022, I have had an issue with my GE refrigerator. I have had it for only 3 1/2 years. A service man has come out at least 7 times and they replaced many parts, some of them twice. I have lost countless food due to it freezing, I am diabetic and my insulin ended up freezing. I contacted GE, and have gone back and forth about how they can help me and their only resolution was to give me $100 for my lost food and a website to order a new updated model of what I have, but stated I would get a large discount, when I went on the website they provided, I saw no discount and very expensive refrigerators. This has been going on for 6 months, with no resolution. I have lost time at work because of this issue, which has resulted in lost wages. I cannot afford to purchase another refrigerator.

      We called for service on our GE washer in July 2022. On 23rd of July a tech came to our home and ran diagnostics of which it was uncovered that we needed parts. E were informed that the parts would take weeks to arrive and were set up with an appointment for September 14th to install, with the caveat that of we received the parts sooner they would come out. (informed that parts would be sent directly to home).Week of August 21st I called for a status and was informed by the agent that the parts would ship September 5th. They never arrived and I never received a call. On September 23rd I called and asked for another status (spoke with a representative named *******) and was told that I should not have been told these parts would be shipping at such date and that one of those parts is backorder until October 20th. I asked to speak with a supervisor and none were available but that I would receive a call on Saturday, September 24th between 9am and 12pm. On Saturday, September 24th, I called and the call was disconnected as soon as the rep looked my information up and verified my number. She did not call me back. I called back and spoke with a representative named *******, that stated that I would not get a call Today to instead call customer relations on Monday. At this point I'm extremely upset at how customers are being treated - from the misinformation to the lack of followup, and lack of a supervisor jumping and being avaliable to assist. I continue to receive different answers and I've been without a washer going on 2 1/2 months. I am in need of a proper and quick resolution at this point. We've been patient and no one can help escalate the severe delay in parts and non existent follow up.
