    They messed up my 08 ****** rogue. They tired to fix it three different times and the third time they put rtv gasket seal on my axel seal that goes into my transmission. Ive tired to talk to the man behind Carite but only thing he said is they cant do anything else for it that I could trade it in and put a down payment on a new vehicle or they could put a transmission in for $3000. I would have much rather been told straight up that they cant fix it then then put RTV on it. Now my transmission is doomed!!! I tired to get a refund but they said no cause they did the work I dont appreciate them at all!!! If I was someone needing major work done to your vehicle I would not go to Carite!!!

    The car we were sold was in an accident that was undocumented on the Carfax. I verified the damages and the unsafe issues with a private dealership. We returned the car within the 5 day window and even after we stated the car had been compromised to include a different *** on the engine than the *** on the carfax, we were told we couldn't get our fees back and they would be deducted from our down payment. Over the weekend, ******* called to say she had taken it upon herself to show the dealers inspection sheet to her boss and that he had relented and decided to refund our down payment in full - without any fees. ******* is the only reason this establishment got the one star it did. The finance staff we engaged with was rude and disrespectful the second we pushed back about our car being damaged. ******* stepped up and displayed great customer service in an even and fair tone. We appreciate her going the extra mile. We will never recommend buying a car here.

    ******* was amazing throughout the whole process. You can tell hes learning everyday, which is great! He was confident in all of the information that he provided to us and if he wasnt sure about something, he did the right thing and asked someone who knows the answer than telling us bs. I enjoyed my whole experience with Carite!
