    bsolutely not even worth giving one star to. This company has lied and taken on sales to customers without having the proper accommodations to meet everyone with internet service. They even said directly they have stopped sales due to “congestion”. Meanwhile, certain customers are getting slapped with a monthly bill and no access to internet. Until you complain, they turn it back on for about a day, maybe two tops (conveniently right after you pay for your bill so you’re stuck for another month). They love the word “troubleshooting” as well. They have denied any kind of refund and told us we were belligerent for complaining. This has gone on for over a year. HIGHLY unprofessional. I do not recommend this company. It’s a father and son duo who are 3rd party internet gurus that know how to work the system and the satellites. Somehow they work off towers through Viasat to rent space and sell to customers using this West Michigan Communication company they started from their living room. Basically they rent 50 spaces and sell 100…..so 50% get no service. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

    And once again we get more back and forth with Evan and his “belligerent”, girl behind a screen all day hands comments of me being top 5 unreasonable… lol I’m definitely one of those last “5” you sold the product to then that has no capacity. Wonder what the other 4 or (40) customers are saying. They got smart and got rid of you within months. I on the other hand fell for your lies about “congestion times” and didn’t have time to deal with you after hours. Oh, that’s because you don’t answer phone calls! And your numbers are all over the place with saying we had service. Not even close to being the truth. Throwing about numbers like that would make anyone believe your reasoning seem true. I can throw out those all day too like that. More and more lies and we are clearly having better service not dealing with you. I hope one day soon your little start up fraudulent company gets picked up and you get what’s coming to you when they find out about your scamming. And NO sign of refunds still!!
