    June 15 we woke up to no water. Had Raymers come out, they claimed it was a controller issue, but for some reason (which we have 3 different stories why they did this) they pulled our well and dropped our brand new well pump to the bottom of our well. They left that day without fixing it and us without water. They came back the next day again trying to pull our pump out of the bottom of the well, again to no success and again left at 430 because their day was up, luckily our neighbors let them hook a hose to their well to let us have water, this is now Friday and they said they wouldnt be back out until Monday. Mind you we have now taken two full days off of work. Monday rolls around, they still cant get it, we keep asking what the solution is going to be, they said they are just going to keep trying. Fast forward to that next Thursday, they come back out again, they have now decided to crush our well pump into the pea gravel and just put in a new well pump. This has been over a week now. During this time the hose they used to hook up water, had holes in it and flooded our spare bedroom, which they wont even discuss with us. The owner wont even take our calls or return our calls. After they said it was fixed and left we were again without water and a fault code on The new controller, they came back out again that Friday, again said it was fixed. We now have water but not any pressure, we cant run two things at once, we immediately lose pressure, we call and they say they will send someone out to fix it: fast forward to today, 9/9 and they still dont return our messages, sent us a bill and still have not sent anyone out to fix the mess they caused. Im paying for a job that isnt even done.

    The customer used extremely foul language towards us, threatened to sue the company before we could finish the job.

    The job was completed, and our company absorbed all extra costs. This was done to try to have her stop calling and swearing at us and threating to sue.

    This response is insane since it is a response a year later.  I never ever spoke to anyone in that office beside the front desk lady and asked her if she would want this to happen to her family.  My husband did all communciation and he doesn’t swear.  We never spoke with the owner we had to speak only to the guys on the job site and never swore to them ever, they were very polite and tried to be helpful.  Even one of the guys was very fond of our dog and talked to me about how he just lost his dog.  The owner is Very unprofessional, so of course a customer would be aggravated to not get answers and yes we did leave many voicemails but not swearing only wanting the job to be complete.  It’s funny that they think a customer would be ok going three months without a job completed and bill us.   The worst part is when they did come back out to finally fix it, and I will never forget this comment, is the guy told us we weren’t of high priority because they had bigger business to attend to.  I’m sorry we aren’t priority after you made the mistake in the first place and had to wait three months to have it fixed.  I wouldn’t have gone to BBB if we could have actually talked to someone and get it resolved.  This complaint was filed because they didn’t want to deal with the mess they made.
