I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will accept for them to fix the wall crack and hole at the pipe level and seal the area. Please let me know the exact day you can come and we will make sure someone is here to get the issues taken care of.

    Sincerely,

******* ******* water. They misdiagnosed the problem and are now slow to come out and want more money to still fix the problem. When I called to ask whether the new Fix would actually address the problem they said to send pictures and the owner would call. I have gotten no such call and still have a wet basement after buying a system that was supposed to solve our problems.

There obviously has been some miscommunication between the type of repair needed. We absolutely will fix the wall crack and leaking pipe at no additional cost.

Approximately 4-5 years ago my home developed a crack in our foundation wall. **Dry Systems of Central and Mid Michigan was called to come and repair the crack using the **dry system. Repairs were affected after signing contract and having warranty explained ********************************************************* to warranty page on company website. This past Wednesday evening after heavy rains caused flooding in my basement. The **Dry system failed and has been leaking a large amount of water ever since. I contacted the company to request that someone come out asap to repair the issue as every moment that it is unresolved is costing me money with ruined dry wall and also furniture. I am also having to pay for water remediation as well. When I contacted the company I was told that the soonest someone could come out is on Wednesday January 31st. I informed them that the system had failed completely and that I had already removed almost 100 gallons of water from my basement in 24 hours. The office manager ******* asked that I sent a picture or a video of the issue which I did. Once that was sent ******* texted me and informed me that in their expert opinion the **dry system was not to blame and that I would need to have a plumber come to my home first to check my storm sewer before they would come to look at the broken b-dry system. I have been trying to contact them ever since because of having a different foundation company coming to my home today on 1/26/24 to install a sump pump to deal with the water. Unfortunately the new foundation company has to do a more extensive repair because of the unresolved leak that **Dry Systems is refusing to fix and honor their warranty. I am still going to have to pay for more water remediation after this and also pay to have the drywall, floor tile, and anything else replaced because of the water damage.

The property owner refused a service technician visit unless repair work was done the same day. A crew will be sent to the home on Friday, February 2, **** to check the work that is leaking and make necessary repairs.
