  We had our roof and skylight window completely removed and replaced on our large 30+ year old high pitch roof on our home by Red Maple Roofing end of last summer. The entire team was dedicated to delivering excellence as though it was their own home. We were extremely happy with the process and the result. They demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to address any questions or concerns from the initial quote through the completion of the job. They cleaned up with the same attention to detail daily as well as final completion. Since then, we have had several intense storms of rain, high winds and snow and have had zero issues with the roof or daylight window. We highly recommend them without reservation.

  Red Maple Roofing was the most professional, kind and friendly company Ive worked with. They care about their customers and are extremely accurate and knowledgeable about all roofing needs.The workers showed up first thing in the morning. Worked as a team to get my roof done and cleaned up everything. *** had several compliments and would recommend them for any roofing needs. Very thankful for my new roof. It offers security and a piece of mind.

  The entire experience with Red Maple Roofing was excellent, everything from getting an estimate, to coordinating schedules with the weather, to the fantastic installation and clean up. Everything is sealed and looks beautiful. I would highly recommend.

  I am very pleased with the excellent quality of the work done by Red Maple Roofing. I could not have chosen a better company. My roof turned out beautifully. It was damaged in the hailstorm. I was concerned about my plants and bushes getting damaged during roof construction. Felipe assured me they would protect my plants and bushes. He was very professional and explained the entire process to me so I knew what to expect. As promised the team was careful and nothing got damaged. Clean up was great, every scrap is gone. The entire process was completed in just 1 day.

  Very good experience! We had our roof replaced and it was a smooth, quick experience throughout. The roof looks great and the chimney is finally sealed properly.Thanks are due to ****** and his son ***** - a good team. Lean on them, you won't regret it. We recommend this company without reservation.

  I saw Red Maple Roofing on a face book posting in our neighberhood and gave them a call. Communication was great as I had some problem areas that other contractors just didnt seem to take seriously. This home has been in my family for quite some time, and I am a bit OCD. The roof was done in one day and the clean up was amazing. Have dogs and I went out looking the next day and only found a few nails, was very, very impressed with everything. Price was spot on with several other quotes and we are thrilled. Recommend 100%

  We are thoroughly impressed with Red Maple Roofing. Of note was their timeliness, professionalism, and craftsmanship. Our roof was in worse shape than we anticipated, there were a ton of rotted boards that needed replacing, but the team tackled the issues without hesitation. They were in and out and cleaned ** in one day and our roof looks amazing. ***** is great to work with. We cant recommend them enough!

  A Red Maple staff member was on my roof that had a water leak on October 27, 2022.The person seemed confident about the cause of the leak.A quote was given for the repairs. I accepted the quoted price.I was told roofing projects were done year round and though weather dependent, the project shouldn't be a problem to get taken care of.On the 5 month anniversary of the initial inspection (March 27, 2023), I sent a text message stating "it's been 5 months. It seems to me, I've been very patient. Many many texts had been sent back and forth for those 5 months.On April 6,2023 my texts were simply being ignored and I had my first signs of visible water damage inside my home.I had no visible damage 5 months prior.I was going to write this review on April 6, 2023, but waited.I can't state how dissatisfied I am with the lack of service, accountability, and professionalism.Since I can't rate 0, I'll rate this experience as a 1.It's now June 22, 2023. A month ago, I contacted a different roofing company through a friend.That company had two guys to my house 2 days later and took care of the problem.I've had no more signs of water getting into the home.Now I'll need to inspect and repair whatever I have for inside water damage which is certainly more than what it would have been if the initial repair had been done in a timely manner.
