      Absolutely the worst new vehicle purchase buying experience I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They cannot be upfront and honest with me at all. Just today March-******* they told me they dont want to do business with me anymore, and will trespass me and have me arrested if I show back up again. I wont ever show up again, I already found another **** dealership farther away in hemlock to do business with. I already had a warranty issue and went to hemlock instead.I was refunded money which I deemed as unauthorized charges that they snuck in on my paperwork, and they told me many stories about what this money was supposedly for. Today I called to get more information about my truck and the dealer name they traded it from in ****. They refused to give me the information. **** me its none of my business. Isnt my vehicle my business?? And what it has or had prior installed to my purchase?

      This dealership makes the buying/leasing experience easy but if you need any work done on your vehicle afterwards, avoid this dealership's service/quick **** ***** I addressed an issue with tires wearing on outside thousands of miles ago and asked them to check alignment and trusted them when they told me the alignment was good. Fast forward to now the tires are so worn on the edges that I cant even rotate tires. Spoke with the manager and because they have "no record" it is my fault that I didnt pay for an alignment. I asked them to check the alignment and was told they did. ***** miles now and need new tires which is my fault. ****** learned, always get a second opinion.
