Had ***** ******* replaced my driveway in July 2024 nine months later its breaking up he will do nothing to repair it buyer beware

We have been out to Mr ********** as well as quality control from our concrete supplier to address his conconcerns. Quality control has advised Mr ******** that this is a minor surface issue caused by road salt and extreme freeze and thaw cycles from this past winter. The minor surface issues are in the areas where road salt are most prevalent, near roadway. where vehicles are parked etc. Quality control deememed the strength and integrity of the driveway are not effected and these are deemed to be minor cosmetic issues and meets all Aci , Michigan concrete Associates standards and practices. It is also was determined that it does warrant replacement. It was advised by them and us to be resealed with a penetrative sealer. We have offered Mr ******** to reseal the driveway with the recommended sealer, at our expense fully, in which he has refused . He has also refused to pay the remaining balanced owed for the work we performed. We are in hopes to resolve this with Mr ********* but we also must follow our suppliers certified recommendations.Chuck Davidson Concrete
