The classic "BAIT AND SWITCH" is their business practice. I had a Pro Concrete estimate/ contract dated July 2022. On September 7, 2022, the day before the job was being scheduled to begin I received a revised contract which reflected a price change from that which was on the July contract. The total cost went from $1,330.00 to $1,540.00, an increase of over $200.00. I spoke with ***, who represented herself to be the owner and asked for an explanation for the price increase. She informed me that her Sales Estimator had not pressed the proper key to come up with correct total on the July estimate/contract, and therefore the result of the Estimator's mistake would cost me an additional $210.00. Furthermore, ***’s attitude made it very clear to me that Pro Concrete was not willing to take any responsibility for their error when she sarcastically stated (and I quote), "we are not going to lose money". At no time did she apologize, exhibit any flexibility or make any attempt to reach a compromise and keep me as a customer. This is unacceptable business practice and I would advise against dealing with a company that treats their customers and prospective customers with such disregard. Customers beware, the price you receive in your initial contract is likely to be substantially inflated and not the price you will be paying when all is said and done.

Pro concrete levelers don’t tell your what they can’t do until after they have started and finished the job. One concrete slab they could not raise but still charged me for trying. I would not use this company again.

Our front porch had sunk over time and sloped toward the house leading to water infiltration under the house. Pro-Concrete Leveling provided an estimate that would include void filling and stabilizing. As the polyurethane was injected and the porch raised, the slab began to catch on the house itself, and crew had to stop. They could not proceed so as not to risk damage to house. At my request to not pay the full amount, Pro-Concrete decided to take $500 off our bill leaving us to pay $2000 on the spot and the porch was not level, did not slope away from the house, and there is now ugly foam material on the siding and on top of the slab that looks bad. Estimator returned to look at the problem, and said he needed to think about it and talk to some other people. After a few attempts on our end to communicate, their solution was that we needed to remove four layers of our siding, so they could cut away the porch to further lift it up.
I had two other professional opinions to see if they could repair the porch. Professional #1's business was also to inject polyurethane and his opinion was that the porch should have been ripped out entirely and replaced. He would not have accepted our job, because it was not achievable to have the porch slope away from the house by using polyurethane. Professional #2 also said that the porch needed ripped out to see what is happening to the soil under the slab.
In my opinion, Pro-Concrete Leveling should have recognized that this was not a project that their methods could fix and should have let us know rather than accepting the project. Also, the cost of $2000 for three hours of work (and material) that did not accomplish the desired result and still looks bad was extremely high.

I explained to the owner during our consult that I was planning on replacing the sunken steps at the side of our house if they could not be raised back to the original height. He said they could lift them back in place so we proceeded with the work. This was not accomplished and no full or partial refund or resolution was offered. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY CAN BE DONE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
