    We called ****** Nu-Tech stating our furnace was working but making a loud noise. They came out and could not find anything wrong. We took a video of the issue, sent it in so they could see it and came back out. Last week they stopped by and told us there were 2 main issues. The computer board needed replaced and our blower mower needed replaced. We were then told our THREE year old furnace (2020 Installation) would not be covered under warranty as ****** doesn't care about customers. He said he could price out a new board and blower mower but it is on backorder for at least 6 months. His suggestion was to consider replacing the THREE year old furnace with one of their models so it'll be under warranty moving forward. This is $5-$7K keep in mind to replace something that is still new. Knowing something wasn't right we called a competitive company Beamont. They thanked us for calling and immediately said we were mislead. All ****** furnaces have a 5 year warrant regardless if the original owner or not. Furthermore, he said the diagnosis didn't make sense. They scheduled an appt for the very next day (Last Friday)They came out and showed us there was NOTHING WRONG with either the blower motor or cpu board. Showed that nothing has thrown any fault codes and verified the furnace was working as it should. The issue is that the *** switches were not set properly upon installation which was causing more airflow than our vents could handle (hence the noise.) A simple adjustment to the switches and the issue was fixed. We also got the comfort of knowing WE ARE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. How one company can tell you your unit is junk and needs replaced when in reality NOTHING IS WRONG is mind boggling. We wasted numerous days for appointments and almost literally through THOUSANDS in the trash due to a company completely botching their job. Attached is the final repair bill from *******. Our furnace is running PERFECTLY and it cost $250. Crazy!

    based on the information provided, I cannot figure out what the customer is asking for?  It looks like we charged the customer $40.00 as a diagnostic fee instead of $109.00 (not sure why)  I can be reached at ************ (office) or my cell ************
