    Called Rogers Equipment to fix my mower deck. It was not working due to wires getting caught up in the deck blade area. Tractor was running fine, its just the mower deck needs repair. They said its $85 to pick it up. They picked it up....and knocked down my mailbox when leaving. The driver/owner said he was sorry and that he would lift the $85 pick up fee. (It costed much more than $85 to fix mailbox). I asked them if they would change the oil before they return it. They said ok. They delivered the tractor to me with charges just short of $500. I paid them. When I started the tractor it blew smoke all over the place!!! I opened the hood and checked the oil....only to find out that they had WAY WAY overfilled filled my tractor with OIL! There was oil all the way up to the top of the dip stick!! I called them and told them. They sent a kid over to resolve the issue. The kid came over and he had to drain off ALOT of oil. Engine still smoking like crazy. The kid said this would subside after it runs a bit. That never happened. After some investigation I found out if you overfill a tractor's crankcase with oil it cause the head gaskets to become saturated with oil causing the gaskets to blow!! I am NOT the person that is going to return my lawn tractor to someone who has CAUSED major damage to my tractor during the time they had it. Overfilling my oil to the extreme amount that they did, I am now faced with not being able to use my tractor AT ALL, and now I am expecting to face $1000+ to have my tractor repaired elsewhere to replace the head gaskets. All of this fiasco due to the fact that they do not even know how to change the oil. What else can I say? They fixed the mower deck....and basically BLEW MY TRACTORS ENGINE with their oil change. Are you kidding me?? As you can see, I absolutely DO NOT recommend Rogers Equipment for anything. Not even an oil change.
