    This is the worst Cadillac dealership to buy a vehicle from. I purchased a 2022 Escalade from them and had it shipped to my residence via semi-truck. Upon taking delivery of vehicle I noticed the floor mats are missing, the engine compartment had mud and dust all over it like it was in a sand storm, and the front driver and passenger door speakers were blown out.
    I immediately contacted the dealership the next morning. I was told by salesman **** ******* not to worry, and he'll make things right. I trusted **** with his words. He said he will ship me new floor mats which I thought was very kind of him and excellent customer service, and he said he would contact my local Cadillac dealer to schedule service for the speakers.
    However, after so many phone calls to inquire on his promises, I received some off brand floor mats from my Amazon driver instead of original Cadillac mats, I was totally ignored when inquiring about the speakers. Furthermore, I reached out to ****** Manager ***** who was the Sales Manager to see if maybe he can be of assistance. Guess what! ***** as a manager was no help as well, he tried to blackmail me saying he'll send me new mats if I remove my one star reviews lol. Well *****, I would rather have the public know what kind of operation you guys are running there than get floor mats. You guys are a joke of a dealership. YOU CAN KEEP YOUR FLOOR MATS!!!!!

    I had a great experience at Allen ***** in Monroe. ***********, **************** was awesome. He helped me find the perfect truck I was looking for. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about financing. and I drove the truck home same day. I highly recommend **** and very much appreciate him.

    Just bought a 2014 ***** equinox and I had it four hours and my check engine light came on took it out to them and was told that I need a converter and they will not fix it. I think they should have the common courtesy to fix it for me since I have only had the car three weeks

    If I could leave the stars blank I would??Sold me a Lemon and they have possession of the car. Not answering or returning my calls. BEWARE OF SCAM POOL!

    Purchased a 2017 Malibu from Allen Chevrolet in October of 2021, this vehicle from day one has been nothing but issues in and out of the service department multiple times on top of other shops I have taken it to, numerous times this vehicle has been in for transmission concern to which they shrug off, Ive have my electronic control module and other modules fail making my car stop working on the road which is a major safety issue. The vehicle was probably in a flood or some sort of water damage, Allen on the window sticker claimed the car was a local trade and non smoker there are cigarette holes on the rear seat floor board and when I had my first oil change the vin came back with a Georgia owner they purchased the vehicle at auction, each attempt to have this dealership/service department make the situation better they do not, now my transmission has failed and they wanted $7000 dollars for a remanufactured transmission, found a shop cheaper thankfully, do not purchase a used vehicle from allen Chevrolet they do not back their work or care about their customers.

    I recently went to Allen Chevrolet with my mother who was in a car accident and desperately needs transportation.The first red flag is when we asked to see the black terrain and he said it wasnt there even though it was, but he shows us a silver champagne one. We like it and agree in principle and he agreed to hold the vehicle. We have everything sorted. The only thing he has to do is run our credit and call us back in the morning.He talked on and on about how he doesnt want to make money and just wants to help people, which should of been another red flag.Well its not even noon and we get a message saying he sold it before we even had a chance to respond. I have purchased vehicles from dealership before and never once had an experience where they sold the car out from underneath of me. I will consider the fact that he said he would hold it and didnt to be deceptive and the fact that he refused to show us the black Terrain as well. I will never purchase from Allen Chevrolet and i warn you all to avoid them as well.

    I found a vehicle I was interested in online. This was a Sunday. The Next day, Monday a salesperson and I spoke via text, and they relayed to me that they were fixing a bumper and it would be fixed the following Saturday, and that would be a great time to come in. Wednesday, I received a text saying the car was ready. We set up an appointment for the next day, Thursday at 6pm. I received a text that Thursday at 11;22am letting me know the vehicle sold, but would I like to come in and see what they have to offer. If it is not a bait and switch attempt, then it is still beyond shady to set an appointment and sell it out underneath me.
