      That free shipping is not really free. Spent $853 on new leads that were the wrong size so I refused the order and demanded a refund. I got a partial refund back because they made me eat the shipping cost of $400 plus dollars. Never again will I order from bakers gas for absolutely anything, nor should anyone else. I went by a shop in ******** who had the actual leads I needed at the same price for the wrong size leads. If I would have known I was only going to get a partial refund I would have kept the leads I bought from this company and could have easily made my money back from selling it myself. If not would have been close to it.

      Great service ! Always have treated me fair through the years . I have owned an Auto repair shop 25 years . I have used only Bakers Welding in ******* Park. Everyone from the upper management to all the workers . Treated me and my employees with the up most respect . Very professional establishment. I wouldnt recommend anyone else!       Please for your own good stay away from this store.
      I purchased a Generator 2 weeks ago the price of $1059. Found the same exact model on several different websites for $849.99. The machine itself is fantastic.
      However, I contacted Baker's Ace hardware and spoke to the manager Don. He stated that he wouldn't be able to price match or grant store credit for the exorbitant price tag.
      Do yourself a favor and get what you need elsewhere. Additionally, they don't honor a 10% veteran discount, can't imagine how non vets are treated there.
      Vote with your dollars, go to the big box stores / Amazon.
      20% increase on a big ticket item isn't worth supporting a local business.

      Dishonorable to get sales. They will tell you anything to get an order placed, then not honor it if returned. Horrible customer service. Highly do not recommend anything from this company. Totally agree with **** **
