      3/9/2019 GAP contract effective date 3/19/2020 Contract cancellation date/payoff Protective Asset Protection cancelled policy and reimbursed My Chrysler Jeep Ram Feb 2022. Received cancellation confirmation from them and email stating dealership will refund $691.06 within 6-8 weeks. Here we are 10 weeks later and now the dealership won't return my phone calls and still haven't received a refund check.

      Around the first week in March took my vehicle to Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Mount Pleasant MI ***** to be fixed after having issues with multiple lights coming on and the vehicle would not drive over 40 miles per hour. After having my vehicle for 2 and a half weeks they told me the issue was the wiring harness and a module to the radiator fan. During the time of them having my Vehicle there was very poor communication and the service advisor was rude when I did call to ask about the vehicle. The company did not offer me a loaner until after having my vehicle for 3 weeks. I paid them slightly less than $2000.00 to fix the wiring harness and in the end they said they did not need to replace the module to the radiator fan. Upon getting the vehicle back after 3 weeks I noticed it was shifting hard and called them to make them aware as I was heading to ******* for vacation in less than a week. The service advisor told me this would have nothing to do with what they fixed and that they could do a relearn on it for $175.00 dollars even though the power train was under warranty. I advised I was heading to ******* and wanted to make sure it was safe and not the issue due to the wiring. They assured me it was not. Upon getting to ******* on 3/25/23 the Jeep was still shifting hard and actually a little worse than previously and the dash light began to come on again. I contacted the Jeep Dealership in ******* so they could take a look at it. Upon looking they said the signal was not getting to the transmission due to over greasing of the wiring harness and that I should demand my money back upon returning home from vacation. I did not have a vehicle my whole vacation and it was ruined by the stress of things. I paid just under $900.oo to the dealer in ******* to clean things up and change a sensor. I called the dealer in Mount pleasant upon returning as to which they told me was not their problem and did not reimburse me any of my money for the repairs. I would like my money reimbursed.

      Ive purchased a 2022 and a 2020 Dodge Ram. Both vehicle have been infiltrated by a known hacker. These are the events that have occurred and still an issue today. The headlights comes on when any door is open. The radio is hot to the touch on both vehicles. While driving the tow function engages on its on, the horn blows by itself and the low tire pressure flashes on both vehicle. I am not able to access all channels on the radio and I am not able the Bluetooth is engaged even though we have never access it. We have had the system updated but to no avail! I am requesting repairs as son as possible and better security in these vehicles.
