      Mr.rooter, **************, ******** location. Also known as Mr.rooter mid Michigan lied to us from start to finish. They advertise that they have licensed plumbers yet they refuse to give us the license number of the plumber who came to our home despite asking for it over 100 times we asked the plumber himself for it and he walked off the job fully paid the job incomplete. They also advertise BBB accredited but they are not they advertise that they have an A+ rating but they have an F rating. We replaced 3 toilets in our home. We requested Toto or Kohler toilets when we came to check on the job the unlicensed plumber they sent installed American Standard toilets. We asked that theybe immediately removed. The plumber flipped out and walked off the job January 2, 2025 I spoke with the owner, ****** **** And she said she would refund us for the toilets then she ghosted us and never refunded the money its close to $4000. The plumber also tried to add an extra hose bib for an extra $500+ my husband, thankfully caught that right away. The plumber walked off the job with our old water softener that we wanted to keep we requested it back from Mr.rooter **************, ********. That never happened. So what we have here is just a nightmare of an experience. Mr.rooter was paid in full close to $12,000 and refused to complete the job they sent us an unlicensed plumber and sent no one even though we requested to check on the plumbing work that the unlicensed plumber did. Just a nightmare of a company that is unethical in every single way.

      Mr. ********************** **************, ******** advertises that they are BBB accredited. They are not it says so on the Better Business Bureau. But yet they advertise that they are accredited. They also advertise that they have licensed plumbers. But they sent an unlicensed plumber to our home to complete over $12,000 worth of work? A handyman exemption in ******** is $600. They charged us for an extra hose bit a little over $500 that they said they accidentally put on the Bill, but they have shown themselvest tobe liars and cheaters and dishonest in every way. We replaced three toilets with them. We requested either a Toto toilet or Kohler toilet. When we came to check the work, we noticed that they had installed American standard toilets and we asked them to take them out because they werenot the right toilets. The plumber flipped out swore at us and walked off the job with almost $14,000.. an unfinished job. On January 2, 2025 the owner of Mr.rooter ************** location said that she would refund us close to $4000 for the toilets. It is months later and no refund has been issued and she has not contacted us at all. I personally have made almost one hundred phone calls spanning ten minutes to thirty minutes long messages to the corporate office number that gets forwarded to the ************** location with no response.! Stolen from and ghosted! The plumber also left with our old plumbing equipment that was still in working condition. We have yet to receive those back. We never said he could take them as they would be used for a future project by our family. We were never informed that they would send us an unlicensed plumber, and when we expressed concern about the quality of the workmanship, they never sent a masterplumber or a licensed plumber to double check even though we stated numerous times our concerns that this could become a problem for us. We were lied to about the plumbers experience./they installed the wrong toilets. They lied about being BBB accredited,

      This business is now located at ***********************************************************. and their phone number is ************. The service provided was augering tree roots in the drain pipe between the toilet and the septic tank. The quoted price was $1,100.00 (figured on a tablet and shown to the customer) but a 'discount' was offered and the customer was charged $1,000.00. $1,000.00 cash was given to the serviceman. A receipt was requested but the serviceman said he couldn't provide a receipt, one would be mailed to the customer. A receipt arrived a few days later indicating $801.00 had been paid. Upon contacting the store (and making personal appearances at the store) to inquire about the missing $199.00/$200.00, the customer was told that he had paid $800.00, not $1,000.00. That is not true, the customer paid the serviceman $1,000.00 cash on site and if he had paid just $800.00, why did he get a receipt for $801.00? Something is rotten in the state of Denmark! The customer is a senior citizen.
