      On September 14th we contacted the company to deliver concrete on Saturday September 17th. They were fully aware that we did reside at the address and were hiring a crew to be on site to spread the concrete and they knew we lived 4 1/2 hours away. We spent nearly $700 in travel expenses, including lodging, gas and food and paying wages for the crew on site. We arrived at the site at 6:30am and waited for and called 11 times, no answer. No one showed, we called and they stated they did not have the powder/batch to mix the concrete and would not be delivering the product. Again, they were fully aware that we were only going to be there for the weekend and had to travel 4 1/2 hours with a crew and all the tools on the trailer necessary to finish the job they never bothered to call us prior to delivery to let us know that they would not be arriving. We are looking to obtain the money that we lost for lost wages and travel expenses They never bothered to call us! We had a complete wasted trip.We even called Thursday September 15 and they said no problem for delivery , we can deliver.They called at 8:34 after us calling 11 times, no apology and they apparently dont care. And stated no delivery
