    Placed an order for an item claimed to be in stock. A couple days later I receive an email saying I must contact THEIR payment processor, due to THEIR processor flagging it as possible fraud. My credit card was successfully charged, so obviously they knew there was no fraud. Despite this, I did contact their processor, as well as replied back directly to let everyone know there was no fraud. A day later they cancelled my order. Is this one of those companies who lists thousands of products that they never stock, just to collect email addresses for marketing? Who knows, since a representative never bothered to reply and explain.If you don't want hassles and wasted time, avoid this scam company.

    We are a small family business of 7 people, so we all know about your order. Your order was flagged by our payment processor. They did not clear your order as they believed it to be fraud. The charge on your card is a pending payment. After reviewing your order our payment processor did not feel comfortable authorizing your order. So, the hold on your funds was released. We are a legitimate website, and our reviews speak for themselves. We did respond back to you. We sent a couple messages that you responded to. And I explained to you that if our payment processor doesn't approve your payment we can't ship. They are the one that stopped your payment as they believed you to be the scammer.
