    My friend and I were at the Hamlin Pub in *************** on ***************** was not that busy but no one came to over to take our order for more than 15 min. We asked the girl at the ******** if she could find us one and she did right away. We ordered and after 20 min, My friend walked around the whole restaurant looking for the waitress but could not find her. We again went up to the Tiki Bar and told her. She totally understood and apologized. I was going to ask for a manager but did not want to wait for him/her for another 20 min I was getting really mad at that point.I called a couple days later and talked to one of the managers( I believe it was the owner) and told him the story. He said that I should have talked to a manager that night. He said he had a few people working the Tiki Bar and could not know who the waitress was. He could have taken the time we were there and a description of the girl at the ********. She knew who the waitress was, info then could easily identify the waitress. He offered no apology or anything. I owned a restaurant before and I know this is not how you treat people. I live 1/2 mile from this Hamlin Pub and been going there since they opened. I talked to many friends about it and they all said how awful their service has been there.I would not recommend this to anyone in fact, I will do the opposite.
