    I will have a few reviews, too much to say. I signed a contract on January 21, 2025, and work started on installing a bathroom and ceiling in the basement on February 24. According to Renovation Geeks, work was completed on April 10, where I received a bill for the remaining amount due. There was no mention of a walk-through or assessment of the "completed" work. Nothing about my project was done correctly, and some work was not completed per the signed contract. I called the city, which informed me no permits had been pulled, which is a requirement in my city. All the work performed was by an unlicensed worker with no employee holding a license in plumbing, electrical, or mechanical to oversee the project. Inspection was done on April 22, and multiple violations were emailed April 24. It is June 10, and the plumber Renovation Geeks found to pull the permit, will not return the inspector's phone call after several attempts, and no plan or communication to me to fix the plumbing violation. The inspector stated there are no pictures of the plumbing work that was done underground which, per the inspector, is a major red flag. The bathroom exhaust fan was just redone up to code on May 27 (as there was nothing code compliant with the bathroom vent completion in the first place) They subcontracted to a heating and cooling company after a violation was noted. Per ****** at Renovation Geeks, she informed me Jan 13 "We will install the fan in bathroom before we do any drywall work in the bedroom. Since that was not done correctly, the venting hose goes into the bathroom and above the shower head and left exposed. They vented it out of my basement window by removing a glass block which was not discussed with me. On April 7, permits were pulled and ****** from Renovation Geeks informed me everything was done to code and they had pictures to show that everything was done correctly. That was not the case at all. More reviews to follow

    Renovation Geeks did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel. Upfront they committed to a timeframe to do the work and got it done within that time. They were flexible and made adjustments along the either based on my request or what was found after ******* highly recommend!

    I highly recommend Renovation Geeks. They did a bathroom modification, they provided us with a beautiful handicap accessible bathroom with a roll in shower for my daughter. Their work is phenomenal! Very knowledgeable , efficient and super kind!!

    ***** did a tremendous job adding a bathroom to our basement, claws very clean with the job showed up on time finished on the time he said and was fair priced,would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
