    I like the Four Winds in ***********, ********. The customer service is first class. I worked most of my life in broadcasting, advertising and marketing and I believe your ******************** is one of the best. Your TV commercials are great and so are your ********* promotional give aways. The restaurants serve very delicious food at a reasonable price. Your buffet is as good or better than some Las Vegas buffets. I lived in ***** for 14 years so I should know. I also worked for 3 years at *******************-Casino while still working in radio. The only complaint is that I HATE THE MUSIC YOU PLAY> Most of your customers are seniors and people well over 21. You should play late 50's, 60's, 70's and some 80's music instead of rap and the current stuff young people call music. When I use your restroom facilities I want to throw up when I hear the awful music you play. That music might be popular in ******* and there may be more young people that go to the casinos there, but I hardly ever see people in their 20's playing here. The baby boomers out number everyone and have the most disposable income for gambling. I'm a 100% service connected disabled veteran. I appreciate the discounts you give us. Please stop playing that awful music at your hotel-casino. Thank you and God Bless.

    Good evening, I am requesting credit/reversal on cancellation "no show fee" $100.The property indicates I made a hotel reservation for arrival May 8th per this reservation number 84060734-1. (see attached copy of a statement they sent me today). When was the reservation made & why don't I have a email with reservation details? (see below)I never made this reservation and I would like this investigated. I would like to get a copy of the original reservation (via email)..The property told me today, they didn't have an email address noted on this particular reservation to send confirmation or reminder emails which normally are sent 2-3 days prior to arrival dates.That's just not possible because my email address is and has been used for many years on previous reservations. (***************************************)My players account number is *******.

    4/5/25 an online deposit was made @ 1:42p for $175 to Four Winds Online Casino. I thought I would be in ******** to play. My plans were changed & I withdrew the funds. I went to check to see where my funds were & I was locked out of my account. I had an email stating I was flagged bc I withdrew my funds w/out playing & they wanted an explanation to be sure it was not a regular pattern to transfer funds. I sent an ****************** responded thank you for the explanation. Would you like your funds returned to your original method of payment or deposited into your account to play? I responded I wanted them returned to my original *********** did not want to play. Bc I said I wanted them refunded I am still locked out of my account, it has been over 16 hrs since deposit was made & they keep responding (4/5/25 4:29p) its under review w/ security team. I want my money back, they shouldnt be able to hold it if I cannot use it, Ive received no services or goods then I want it back returned in the same manner it was taken immediately. It is now 6:06am on 4/6/25 & no refund has been given & I'm still locked out of my online account.

    I was let go due to an episode of a mental disorder BPD and PTSD because I was 22 minutes late for my orientation when I was told I had until 9:15 that morning but , I walked in at 9:22 because the gps had put me on the wrong side of the building and I explained that to HR. They told me I had to reschedule and drive the hour back home after me telling them I had to start that day because Im about to lose my home, did not have the gas money to waste like that, havent ate in months, and they showed no remorse. I split and had an episode and started crying hysterically in a mental break down and because of my BPD attack which stems from my condition of having epilepsy ( which was explained prior to hire) when I am out of medications sometimes if Im pushed to a breaking point that will happen. I was shown no remorse and still told I was let go because I disrespected the staff due to my behavior and cannot apply until may 2025 . I feel very very discriminated against. It was out of my control to be out of control. I had begged for a chance.

    Four winds casino app I use it from time to time. Upon checking bank statements I discover four winds casino has charged my card in 120 days 209 transactions for $11,902 ** history is 300 a month on gaming. I tried there support there ignoring me I filed charge backs on all 209 transactions but 25 2k are valid in the *************************** The average is 70 a day. I asked for a refund but I guess I gotta *** them. They don't respond to my inquiries. People beware of this casino app it's happened to many other check the reviews I should have 1st. Stupid me I'm only giving the casino money for nothing by gambling 2k that's not enough they gotta steal 10k more from me without my.knowkedge until yesterday. Also Michigan law says 80% of all players winning must be returned via free play point play food comp hotel stays s*** like that this four winds don't even got a card to get points so you lose 100% of your ********* get a chance to win free 100 which u never will so idk how there getting past that law 72% for Indian casino I think there is laws u lose 100% with these guys plus what they steal

    7/31/2022 and 8/1/2022 A minor, gained access to a mobile device and created a four winds casino account without authorization and used a credit card without permission to ******. Company would not refund the card used even though it was unauthorized. ***** from iGaming Security was demeaning, condescending and extremely unhelpful with the process of getting my money back and was of no help. I asked for his full name and title as well as his bosses name and contact information and was told I would only receive response with a police report.
