This person stopped by my house in summer of 2023. Noticed my driveways needed resealing. Quoted me $400 and explained the job, cracks filled etc. I always do it myself. I decided to contact him in May 2024. Did not want to do it myself. After a difficult scheduling issue he came and did the job, now for $450, on May 16 2024. He used some black blasting sand to fill the cracks and said it would ****** like tar. It never did. It just stayed a black soft oily mess. He gave me an invoice with a 2 year warranty. He also wrote on the invoice that it would be dry in 6 hours. It has now been 10 days. All the cracks are opened up. Ants are coming through and I still cant drive on my driveways, they are just an oily mess. I have texted him 3 times and left a voicemail twice. I have not heard back from him. I believe he is a scammer. I think he may have used old waste oil mixed with his sealer to thin it and spread it further so he can make more money without spending money on quality products. I would like a full refund. And I may have to hire a Quality asphalt company to rotomill and resurface my driveways because I dont think this oily sealer he used will ever cure. I would like him to pay for that repair project also, if needed.

On October 18,2023 a *********************** knocked on my door and said that he drives by **** and noticed that our droveway could use a new sealant coat. He gave me an estimate of $700 . I told him I would have to talk to my husband about it when he got home. ***** told me that if I got back to him the same day he'd lower the price to $600. This quote included filling in deep cracks that ran across the driveway. . I called him within a couple hours and he told me that he would be back to do the job later the same day. He did come and did the complete job by himself in about an hour. I wrote him a check for the $600 . A few day's later after a rain the material that he used to fill the cracks started washing out. I called him and asked him if he could come check out the cracks. He said he would be here on October 25th. No show no call. I tried calling him but the number just rang and rang. This work had a 3 year warranty. I feel that I have been scammed. Checking out the address it appears to be in a storage unit and to this day no response.

The name of the business on the card that I was given is Superior ********************************************** This company seal coated my driveway on 10/12/2023 at about 5:00 p.m. It looked nice when *********************** finished an hour later. I wrote him a check for $300. The next day part of the seal coating was gone and each day continued to wash away more. When I contacted ***** from my land line on 10/17/2023 I was told that he would re-do the driveway on 10/24/2023. He did not show up. I did a reverse look up on his phone number and it came up with this other company name ******** Asphalt Seal Coating. Called him again on 10/26/23 and he had blocked my phone number. On that same day I called from my cell phone to which he responded that he was having problems getting the "product" to re-do the driveway and if he couldn't would refund my money. On 11/1/23 I sent him a text message and he never responded. Now will not return my calls. I had a friend contact him through ******** but when he was given my phone number to contact he must have recognized it and blocked my friend from contacting him on ********. When I first looked at the ******** page of ******** Asphalt there was phone # ************ that I contacted and the woman at that number said she knew nothing about this company and that number was removed from the ******** page today 11/8/23. I do believe this person is a scammer and I don't believe that the pictures on ******** were done by this company. If you need any more details, please contact me. Thank you
