I took my Jeep in because it had a *** and Traction Control light on. I was charged 2 hours labor to fix the problem. A month later, the same lights came back on. I took the Jeep back, as their receipt says they guarantee service for 12 months. This time they replaced the *** sensor, and charged me labor again. I feel I should not have been charged labor a second time, as they had already charged me to "fix" it, and it failed within the 12 months. When I originally questioned them about charging me twice for labor, they promised to make it right, agreeing I had already paid to have it fixed.

I read your letter to the BBB and I understand your dissatisfaction with the events getting your jeep repaired.  When we did the first repair a large amount of the time you were charged was to locate the problem and then a small portion was for the actual repair itself.  I'm sure you understand that there are many parts & wires in this system and because we repaired our portion does not make us responsible for the complete system. I believe when you had the second problem your were told their would be no diagnostic charge but just for the repair itself.  You were charged just for the labor  to replace the defective speed sensor itself.  I understand the confusion between diagnostic time and repair time and we did a poor job of explaining hat so in good faith I will refund your labor charge of ****** and I apologize for the confusion.  ********************* Trussell
