    I called into Loyalty Health because I have not got an update on my free trial. A representative answered and was very unprofessional. She claimed to have called me which she never did and upon speaking she wants to over talk me. Bad customer service and not the type of person I want to deal with.

    Our company has been established for years and are very focused on client satisfaction.We have been members of the BBB for many years and always been A+ rated.We have never had even 1 complaint.We also have a perfect 5 *********** client rating and never had a complaint anyplace else.We're very proud that we offer all our clients a Free 30 day trial at no risk to them.We constantly communicate with our clients through phone, email, text and custom client dashboards.Clients can cancel and not be charged a ***** (including this client who was never charged).We record all our calls for quality assurance and our customer service reps are always nice and polite.We are sorry if someone feels we were not nice enough on the phone, but we have never had this complaint (not even once) from anyone in all the years and thousands of phone calls we've done.Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond.- Loyalty Health
