    I feel like I paid money for a part that my car did not need. After getting this part the car did the same thing until the second key was programmed. If both key had been programmed the car would have shifted into gear like it did after the second. Was programmed.$300 for towing that i did not have to do. But employees told me tow car to shop.$500 for battery- battery sensor needs replacement not battery. $1700 shifter plus labor and taxes.Out of a lot of money after getting keys made.

    I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I received on October 25th. Upon arriving promptly, I encountered ******, the service representative, who promptly informed me that my car did not require any servicing. He even went as far as to suggest that proceeding would be an exercise in futility and encouraged me to leave.Despite my insistence on proceeding with the scheduled service and checks, ****** indicated that this would result in an extended wait time, and there was even the possibility that my vehicle might not be ready the same day.I would like to emphasize that it took a month to secure this appointment, and during the scheduling process, I explicitly conveyed my concerns. At no juncture was I apprised that my vehicle might need to be retained overnight. While the check engine light did not manifest on the day of my appointment, it is important to underscore that my vehicle is brand new, and it should not be experiencing such issues. I implored the staff to conduct a thorough examination to ensure that all components were functioning optimally, but regrettably, my request was rebuffed, and I was denied service.Regrettably, this encounter not only left me without the essential service my vehicle required but also caused me to arrive late for work due to the ensuing discussion about my car's functionality.This experience has been the most disheartening encounter I've ever had with a service department. I felt deeply disparaged and disrespected throughout the entire interaction.Given this unfortunate experience, I find it my responsibility to advise potential buyers against acquiring a vehicle from your dealership, particularly if they anticipate diligent and reliable servicing.Please be informed that I will be pursuing this matter further through appropriate channels. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and take steps to rectify the deficiencies in your service department.Sincerely,
