    I am writing to formally complain about the recent service provided by your location at ******************** on my 2013 **** Fusion. Approximately three to four weeks ago, I brought my vehicle in after a diagnostic symbol appeared on the dashboard.At that time, the current mechanic was unable to identify any issues with the car. However, the diagnostic symbol reappeared a few days later, prompting me to return to your shop. On this subsequent visit, your technicians identified a coolant leak outside the home engine, which necessitated a repair costing $1,000.To my dismay, just two weeks after this repair, my car shut off again. Upon bringing it back to your shop, I was informed of a new coolant leak, this time outside the tank, which would require further repairs.My frustration stems from the belief that the initial diagnostic and repair were not thorough. Had I been informed of this additional coolant leak during my first visit, I would not have proceeded with the $1,000 repair without considering the full extent of the necessary work. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and financial strain, and I am concerned about the quality and thoroughness of the service provided. Also, when the car was returned to us, it worked worse than before and was not operable. I respectfully request a review of my case and a satisfactory resolution.
