    On 2/20/2024 I went to this office due to an injury on the job with me being sprayed with chemicals in my right eye. ********* knowing this but failed to tell me that they would be putting 3 different types of drops in my eyes which made it impossible for me safely drive home leaving the office. They said that the drops caused impairment for up to 4 hours after they were placed in my eye. Not only was it extremely dangerous for them doing this and not telling me ahead of time but I could not go to work that night due to my vision still being impaired and burning from the drops they used. I called them the following day due to concern I still could not see and my eyes were still burning and told them it was extremely dangerous that they didn't tell me about the eyedrops side effects so arrangements could have been made. The lady then stated give it up to 3 days and I'd be fine and I explained that they'd made me miss work and I'd need a Dr's notice being that they're now telling me it'll be up to 3 days instead of the 4 hrs. She said no problem and would get the letter sent over to me and call me once done. The office sent me a notice the following day however it wasn't outlined as they'd advised so I called their offices and the assistant told me the Dr said he doesn't know why you can't go to work and he's not going to provide the notice. I explained that if I can't see and my eyes are burning what do you mean you don't know why, neither do I but it's from the drops you all put in my eyes and I'm still not able to see completely and I need my eyes obviously to drive and do my job. Getting nowhere I asked for an escalation and as of date no one has called so complaints are being processed due to the unsafe practices they put me in and the days I missed work based on their information provided.
