    Fidelity is a good company, however, if you are shopping for a financial advisor, we advise you to shop around other than *********************************. Poor customer service skills, and really poor communication skills, she doesn't seem able to grasp the interactive products and services from her own company. Unless you let her manage your money, she will give you limited time with a bit of an attitude, you can do better.We had to fire her because she just wasn't helpful in solving a problem we had with Fidelity, and to top that off as I was walking out of her office, she decided to call me an unflattering name behind my back as we were walking out of her office. When I had her manager confront her about doing that, *******'s response was " it wasn't one of my better days". Don't waste your time, hire another Fidelity rep, one that perhaps has a college degree, ******* doesn't, and you can tell.
