    Don't use this system! My 93 year old mother wanted to switch to it because it was cheaper than the system that she had. It worked with the weekly testing. My mother fell in late December, and the bracelet did not work, so she crawled to the main unit which did not work. She laid on the floor for 8 hours until some one came because she wasn't answering the phone. The unit had no signal.I immediately ordered another system. BBB is welcome to contact me about this.
