    The worst property management company ever. Staff is rude and dont worry about them ever coming to fix anything. Its never going to happen. Save the headache.

    My experience with this management company has been nothing but horrible, lived in multiple properties under this management company since 2020. 1st unit Z on ****** was infested with bed bugs currently live in another one of their properties and my experience again has been nothing but horrible I have been waiting a whole year to have someone come out to replace my door wall and patio door that DOESNT lock which was suppose to be taken care of BEFORE move in 4/30/2022. One of the contractors advised they will be putting in a work order for a new bathroom fan due to the old one not working properly and the humidity in my bathroom making the paint on the walls bubble and peel someone just came popped the water bubbles and painted over the wall. When I moved into this unit no one came out to clean the unit and per the photos and emails screen shots below i was assured the unit was being cleaned and a cleaners fee was paid. Stay far away from this management company.

    After leaving a requested feedback (upon viewing a rental), leaving 3 emails, and posting on their ******** page, I received a call. Had a lengthy discussion with the account manager. Told her about my issues with the property, my plans for the property, that I had *** dogs (so THAT wouldn't become an issue as a renter), AND, of course filed the requested application fee (at $65) - the company (basically) disappeared. Four days and not a word. Every management company requires a fee (some ok at $25-35 but others??? $65 - ************************************************** several houses. This has got to be one of the biggest scams of all time. These companies assume we have no recourse so they take the app fee and run. So shady... and sad that big corps take advantage as often as they can of the "little guy." Wonder if the people that pay them know how they don't care about renters - only big house sales. .

    I'm a new tenant and i want to report this company. I moved in on 9/23/2022 but i had to go out to the company to remind them of that i was then sent a lock box code the first didn't work and finally the correct code. The house is okay considering you can tell that know one came out from this company to view it. Ive had multiple people from this company call and say they are the manager. You can never get in contact with anyone from this company. I have administrative fees that on my rent bill of 25 dollars i don't understand called to ask about that missed the call and when i called back i can't talk to anyone. I also sent in my check list reporting what's with house and the emails say they don't work. I'm ready to seek a lawyer about this company and move. Something is not right about this company and needs to be investigated.
