      **** paid $8100 for an engine rebuild on my car. When I picked the car up noticed the engine was idling horribly after I paid I drove off the engine light came on immediately, the engine won't go into 4 cylinder mode ( engine not functioning properly like factory) the transmission was slipping ( later found out the trans was 3 quarts low on fluid) the ** button flickered at the gas station ( gas tank was bone dry for $8100 BTW) and the belt was squeaking ( later found out the harmonic balancer was bad but was fine before they touched it) also the engine gets up to temp way too fast. After a couple weeks I send the car back to them to look at it for some reason it's still unclear they "found an issue" with the connector at the alternator and replaced, it didn't solve anything. I told **** to let the car cool down for a day see what you see, I called back 1 MONTH AND 2 DAYS later to see how's the car coming along he essentially said the cars parked out back and forgot about it. Today the car runs probably a little worser then when I picked it up. Bottom line I have so much more info in detail and with taking the car into auto shops like the dealer for diagnosing and replacing parts I'm in for almost $10000 and the car still runs horrible. Everytime I talk to mark he seems very unknowledgeable about how a vehicle should run and gives nothing but a incoherent word salad, I had this car for 12 years I know how the car should run. I do have all my documents.
