    I preordered a FLSUN V400 in September and was never able to get in contact with the company with their listed phone number, which goes straight to voicemail. I did get 2 responses in late October and early December about my shipment going out soon, but the status of my order never changed from confirmed. There was zero proactive communication from 3d printers workshop. I tried multiple times calling and leaving messages as well as sending more e-mails before I gave up and contacted my credit card company to dispute the payment.

    Placed an order for an FLSUN V400 in November. I have only been able to get a response to a single email almost two months, since. The phone appears to be forwarded to voicemail, and no one either answers the phone or returns messages. Fairly certain this site is a scam at this point.

    I preorderd an FLSUN v400 from this company, and had to file a claim through Paypal two months later when it became obvious that they had no intent on actually shipping me my purchase.First they advertised a product as being 'In Stock' when in reality it was a preorder, and the estimated shipping times were weeks away. They provided inaccurate shipping estimates that did not align with the manufacturer's estimates. When it was clear that those estimates were not going to be met, they did not reach out to give a heads up. They were inconsistent in replying to emails, and when they did reply it was a canned response. Two months after purchase, representatives from the manufacturer claimed that there had been no orders for v400 placed by 3D Printers Workshop LLC. While this may or may not be true, it seems plausible given that nobody has reported successfully receiving their printers from this company. The company did not reply at all to the paypal claim, effectively holding my $800 hostage for another 10 days. This is a dropshipping 3d printer store that was either a scam from the beginning, or is just poorly/lazily run.

    Purchased a FLUX beamo 30w, great machine. There all American so it wasn't hard getting in touch with the customer service teams when I needed them. My order arrived pretty fast, I will continuing doing business with them.
