    I paid for these contractors, Tacs Home Services, LLC. to install a concrete patio, sidewalk from driveway to
    back patio, and 3 ft extension to my current driveway. I paid them a deposit of $3000 on July 6, 2022 because
    they started the prep for the concrete pour. They poured concrete on July 9, 2022 and I paid them an additional $1500. Me and my wife were not home when they finished for the day, so when we returned home that evening, they did not complete the pour because they ran out of concrete. They said they were returning the next day to resume the work and correct the concrete work. Contractors never came back to correct nor finish the concrete work they were partially paid for. I called the Contractors daily, numerous times, but they were ignoring my calls and texts. Contractors did reply to texts the next day (sometimes) saying they were coming out to resume work to correct patio, etc. but never showed. I have pictures of unfinished concrete work, cracks unfinish patio, it is messy, concrete is all over my egress window, existing driveway, patio door, & patio door frame, etc. Concrete is completely unfinished.
    Now I have to pay another Contractor to correct their unfinished work to getting everything done by deadline. I thought I thoroughly checked this Contractor correctly before I agreed to them doing the work. I located their Business ID# ********* online, so I thought they were legit, I need a refund of my monies because I have to pay another Contractor to complete the improper installation and unfinished concrete work they did at my home by Sept. 1, 2022. I want to report them to the Better Business Bureau so nobody else gets scammed by this company and I would like my $4500 refunded to me because I have pay more money for another Contractor to correct their damage to my new construction home.
