    I do not want to speak with them any way other than mail! They falsely advertise they will bill you!!     The email payment reminders are not intended to be harassing - the main purpose is to make it easy for you to pay online or over the phone by supplying the information that you need to proceed. 

    I noted you account that payment will be coming shortly and extended the date on you next invoice. If you let me know approximately when you will be paying, I will add that to your account also.
