      Carpet and tile was ordered 12/2024. Tile was installed incorrectly because the installer did not know how to turn off water and try to install the bathroom tile without removing the toilet. We had issues with it and it has already been replaced once. It is now popping when you know We had issues with and coming up. We had issues with the threshold coming up. .also there was not enough glue on it. And the threshold in the bar was popping and coming up. He forced us to have the same installer redo it I wanted someone different to do it.I expressed my concern with his competence.. He had already damaged our ceiling and caused other issues. He said we had to have the same installer put it back in. So he reinstalled new flooring. And fixed the threshold in the bar area. in that process he damaged our toilet when he took it out and put it back in. They gave us money to have a plumber. Come out and fix what he had damaged. And paint the ceiling. Now, just a couple months later I had to reach out to *** again. The tile is now popping up again the threshold is bouncing and popping. The Carpet is coming up and fraying in areas. He wants to have another installer reinstall or put in new tile in the bathroom. But its not addressing the other areas. I just wantmy money back at this time so I can pay someone that knows what theyre doing to do it. He has since fired the installer That did the work twice. According to him, even though he had had multiple years of complaints when you look at reviews with all the same installer, I dont know why it took so long for him to get fired.
