    They came out within 24 hours to trap chipmunks. I did the 10 day program. We didn’t communicate a lot but there was not a lot to talk about. They caught quite a few and did as promised.

    Had them out in early November of 2023 to remove a dead mouse from a wall. They installed 3 one way vent tubes to get any other mice out. We were told the tubes would be removed in 2 weeks time and the holes sealed. Contacted mid/late December, death in the family, and we were on the list. Contacted them in January, and was told they don't work in the winter weather. Contacted April 12, and someone was supposed to be out that day. April 20, told they are super busy, but we are on the schedule. June 4th, I was informed someone would be out within the week, but they had 4 deaths in 12 months. June 19, texted, and 5 hours later, no response. Called. Asked about the tubes, and said I needed someone out today. It has been almost 8 months, and now wasps are seen near the tubes. Some family is deathly allergic to wasps. We will have someone out tomorrow, our truck was in the shop. Sorry, that is unacceptable. We have given way more time than should be expected, and have heard this same story multiple times. I want you to pay for a company to come out and remove and seal since you obviously can't finish the job you were paid to.

    I would give zero stars if I could.Very poor communication. No response to multiple texts and voicemails. We were hiring this company to relocate a honeybee colony so we could list our home for sale. After three weeks the job wasn't even started! We had even pushed back other contractors we had hired, waiting for this company to do their job....a job that they never started! What a waste of our time!!!We will hire someone else. And....they didn't even care. Very unprofessional. Beware of this company!!!
