    *******, unqualified, dishonest,overcharges, anger issues,, very aggressive towards co workers. Try to fast talk out of doing job. Even assaulted son while on job site. Police involved.

    This consumer was part of a Grant ******* that paid to update his house. This mentality challenged family was definitely in need of the help as they received 7 new windows in their home. While this process was active, he decided to try and extort the city for new window treatments and blinds for the new windows. The city denied the request, he then tried to extort me for even more expensive blinds and was denied again. When denied the second time, he became upset and agitated to the point he refused to let me come finish the remaining finish work at his home. He also refused to sign off the work that was already completed. The ************** tried to get him to attend the city council meeting to resolve the issue under guidance with the Mayor and city attorney. He refused to show up and wrote an email stating the city had biased opinions, because the contractor does work for the city and this was a waste of his time. Unfortunately there is no communication with him to resolve this issue because he refuses to communicate in a civil manner.
