The Clean Water Co (TCWC) purchased the ******** Soft Water Service business in 2019, the company I originally started my soft water service with and who delivered salt. Early on, I left phone messages for TCWC on several occasions asking for salt delivery, but never received a call back so was left with purchasing salt and filling the bin on my own. On 9/13/22, I phoned TCWC again to get salt delivered but, after getting their answering machine, decided to no longer do business with this company and phoned and left a couple messages subsequently informing them of this on 9/14/22, 9/20/22, 9/23/22, and 9/26/22; also mailed certified letters to the company address on the web, as well as the home address listed on the web of the owner, *************************** (this one was returned to me). I finally received a return call from them on 9/27/22. I reiterated that I no longer wished to do business with them and requested that they pick up their equipment by 9/30/22 (also included in the letters sent). The lady who returned my call told me they did not want their equipment back and to just keep it (tank and salt bin). I responded that the equipment did not belong to me and that I did not want it. She then asked me to just dispose of it, to which I responded that it was not my responsibility to do so. I stated that I was purchasing a new system and that I would like them to pick up their equipment. She requested that I have the new company dispose of the old equipment and I responded that it's not their responsibility either to do that. She FINALLY stated that they would come and pick up their equipment (which they still have not done!). I asked if I could get her name and she yelled at me, saying that I was a terrible person who was very unempathetic for the cancer she had been dealing with. Her verbal abuse of me continued long enough that I hung up on her. To date, I have not heard anything back from them and they have yet to pick up their equipment.
