    May 25,2023 Paid $5,000 Had closets designed and I complained that I was unhappy with the design and they only offered me to make it right if I repaid to have them redone. I also complained that jewelry trays would not fit after I had a text message conversation with the designer that said they would fit. And they would do nothing to resolve it. I talked with the supervisor *** and she told me she would return my call and never did so I called again and they dont want to do any resolving for me. I have been a previous happy customer with them unfortunately they did not meet my expectations this time and they are not willing to make it right and I spent a good amount of money with them.

    We have spoken to Mrs. ***** and her husband and our manager has gone to their home to resolve the issues.  They are happy and satisfied with the response and resolutions that are in progress.
