    I can't say enough about the crew at Pixley. My mom discovered that her AC unit was not working on the hottest day of the summer (90 degrees+). She called Pixley and they said they were extremely busy, but they would see if they could come by to take a look. They can with 24 hours to inspect her a/c which is in the attic (OMG) and was told that I needed a whole new unit. My mom knew it was old, but you never want to hear that. We told them that we would like to get another quote and they said it was understandable but if I called them back by the end of the next day, they could order it and have it within 2 or 3 days. We called another place and was told they would not be able to inspect it for several days. Mom called Pixley back and they had it installed within a few days. They were respectful to her and her home, communicated exactly what was being done and stayed until they knew it was running and working properly, even though they wanted to leave town that night for the holidays. Incredible customer service?
