    9/3/2024 12:58AM scheduled pickup time for mobile order 10 minutes past scheduled pickup I requested a refund, as my sandwich had been on the counter since my arrival and the cheese sticks were resting on the fryer. Stated they could not help me and that it must be handled online instead of completing the order. Asked to speak with management about refund and was denied information and told that they were specifically directed to withhold contact information and would not provide management name (district, regional, etc.), including the individual that claimed to be manager. Slapped my food together that had been sitting on the counter and handed it to me to leave. The food was obviously cold at this point and being that I returned to work late I was unable to eat it. I would like a refund of the transaction since they refused to put me in contact with someone to assist or assist at the store in which the item was purchased. The inability to provide any sort of contact is abysmal in this day and age and the attempts to prevent issues being made aware to those in higher positions seems to be a cause of concern within the company.
