    I bought a vehicle from **** kring back in April and now the ac went out and the brakes are horrible sounding. I asked them about getting into another vehicle and they said they could roll over my loan to a new one and now I'm being told no unless I have ***** down. I'm looking to get another vehicle third row and or my money back. I'm a single mom of three and they took full advantage of me and I'm very upset about it

    They will not work with me on a vehicle at all. They say the banks are all saying no. I don't understand why they can't make a deal for me. I won't be going back there again. Unless they do something about this

    customer came to us looking for a pre-owned vehicle to fit her kids.  she test drove an equinox and said it would work....it was no longer under any kind of factory warranty but had less than 100,000 miles.  we had trouble finding a financial institution that would buy the deal.  eventually, we structured a deal with her trade-in and some cash down and were able to secure her financing...she signed a buyers guide that said it came with a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty.  fast forward several months and thousands of miles, she brought it in for some a/c work.  we found the issue and presented an estimate.  tears started flowing and she said she couldn't afford it.  we offered to cover about half of the bill for her.....not good enough.  we stood our ground and thought it was over.  she went on her social media page and was telling blatant lies and suggesting nobody do business with us.  one of her friends actually reached out and told us this was happening online.  we called her in and tried to get her out of the vehicle and into something else.....no bank or credit union would approve another deal with her.  we bought the vehicle back and she got all of her money back, we expressed that maybe we shouldn't do business anymore since we can't seem to make her happy.
