I will recommend Hutcherson Construction Co to everyone I know. From our first visit with Ashlyn, to Lauren and then the work crew, I have nothing but praise for these people. Seth, crew leader, and his team Drew and Andre knew what they were doing, and did an excellent job with our siding job. Pleasant, tidy, and conscientious workers! Thank you for taking pride in your work!!

This company was easy to work with from start to finish.**** was very professional and polite. He listened and asked questions to provide cost effective recommendations for our siding project.***** communicated well throughout the whole process. She was available every step of the way.************************, and **** were amazing! They did such a beautiful job. ***** explained things very well. All three were polite and patient (as I added more requests to the job). This team worked really well together.Another person worth mentioning is ****. The company that hauled the dumpster away left a significant amount of rubbish in my driveway. **** was quick to return to my home and make sure my driveway was clean.When getting quotes, this company was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive. I would recommend them and plan to use them for projects in the future.-*******************...Just read the review below mine. I obtained quotes from other companies before choosing Hutcherson. No customer calls answered after deck finished. Yard never cleaned well after completion Left a side of deck with cement platform showing on one side due to wrong measurement Asked for reduction on final payment and received 100.00 which i asked for to plant bushes. However i under estimated price of bushes. No calls ever answered after they got my money. No porta potties on sight or dumpstrrs as promised eithet. Men had to use house for restroom. Would never recommenf this company. All is good till you pay and then they ignore you BEWAREHutcherson Construction, LLC

Additionally, we want to share that you have not been and will not be ignored, in fact we had a representative at your home as recently as 2 weeks ago to perform additional clean-up and repairs as requested. The deck we built was built to the agreed upon specifications as defined in your services agreement with us, which includes a design rendering with sizing of the deck that was built. My review cant attest to their quality of workmanship because I chose not to hire Hutcherson Construction after our initial consult. Sadly, this company is is among those who try to overcharge people based on circumstances. I received a RIDICULOUS quote for an addition to our deck. The specifics dont even matter because their quote was almost triple that of 2 other reputable deck builders. The first bad sign was the Reps first question upon arrival to my home, what is your budget ? He asked. This screams rip-off already. I asked him to break down the estimate into labor and materials and he told me the company doesnt do that. He claimed his manager said the cost is 1/3 profit 1/3 material and 1/3 Labor. Ironic, I spoke to a coworker who also received an estimate from this company for an even larger deck with same composite material and no foundation, and it was $60 LESS per square foot. He lives in a smaller/older neighborhood. This is a precise example of pricing discrimination and greed. It makes me sick and I will work this topic into as many conversations as possible to spread the word. As a reference, their quoted price per square foot was only $3 less than the price per square foot I paid to build my home in 2019/2020. What a joke. I cant stand salesmen who think people who work hard should have to pay them more money. Its disgusting. Id hire the ********** handyman before giving this company a dime of my hard earned money and Ill be blasting them on social media and all over my social circle just to make people aware of their unethical business practices.Hutcherson Construction, LLC
