      Tustins is officially the WORST company I've ever hired. No clue if there coming back to fix there failed project. The only contact I get is if I call them and then it's a consistent mystery of what's happening or if something is going to happen. Multiple emails with no response. Any communication I've had I've had to hound them. Then when I do I've had no follow up. We were given a bill for $300+ more than we've ever spent for crack filling and sealcoating our drive. We sucked it up and bit the bullet because everyone I know recommended them. We've sealcoated and maintained our drive religiously. We had always wanted to use Tustins but we could never get them out. I'm most upset as everything with this project was a disaster and they were the most recommended company from everyone I know, as well as the most expensive. 1. Grass is growing through multiple cracks in our driveway that were sealed (never happened before) 2. We waited past the recommendations of parking on our driveway and the cracks are still mushy and failing 3. Our car peeled up a 2 ft PC of "sealed crack" 4. It's been close to a month and it's still getting damaged by cars. Just today it grabbed a PC over 2ft long and stuck to our tire (again). We didn't notice until we were driving over 55. It damaged the side of our car even after stopped by quickly. Now it feels like we are driving on a dirt road until it friggin wears off. I hope you can avoid using them. Look elsewhere. Literally anywhere. This is the most disappointment I've had using a company in Michigan. Perhaps if they ever handle this mess I'll remove this. I'm not holding my breath..

      I apologize for your inconvenience. I know we have been back out to look at the work and have you on our books to come back out to touch it up. Your sales person will be in touch again. Also, with rubber filled cracks and the heat and humidity it can take longer to set up and will pull until it does, especially if you are parking on it. As always, we will stand behind our work and make sure it is right.
