    On March 14, 2023, *************************** appeared at my residence and offered to buy some of my walnut trees. We walked the property together, and he selected the trees he wanted, and we agreed on a price. Since this is a site condominium property I said he could not remove any trees in the common areas, which we identified, and he said he would not remove these specified trees. On March 15 and 16, 2023 he removed trees including the ones in the common area where we agreed he would not remove trees. Further my neighbor reported that he indiscriminately bulldozed any tree that was in his way as he was approaching the walnut trees. I have unsuccessfully attempted to contact him by phone and email. He is obviously blocking my calls as it rings twice and then goes to a busy signal. I want to resolve this issue with him, but it remains impossible due to his ability to be unresponsive. I seen your assistance in a response from him.
