I signed off on a $57 diagnostic fee. They didn't fix the car and said the diagnostic fee is now $392. They are holding my car hostage until I pay the $392

After **** signed the $57 fee, we went to diagnose her vehicle and confirmed the problem, a coolant leak, at this point we told her the vehicle was not worth putting any amount of money into, but she wished to go forward with the vehicles repair. We could not pinpoint the leak until we removed some components from the engine, because the leak was coming from behind them. It was at this point we called her to get more money approved to find the problem so we could properly estimate the job and it was explained to her if she did not repair the vehicle then she would owe $392, and we received the verbal approval over the phone. we removed the components and found the source of the leak, she then declined the work and wanted to pick up the vehicle. She has argued about the price after the diagnosis was completed saying she never approved the $392 and was ready to pick up the vehicle and has even attempted to pick the vehicle up after hours, while no one was at the shop. We have been fair and very transparent with her through every step we have even offerd to meet her halfway with the ****, which was declined by her.
