    Receipt of the ordered product by customer is not disputed

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
    I explained to the business that I tried to repack this product to return it and it is impossible to get it back in the box. The parts do not fit and I dont even have some of the extra parts that were not used.  I will have to just take the loss but will never shop this company or recommend it to anyone.  Very poor customer service.
