    Failure of the company to honor its responsibilities under the lease agreement. I have a solar lease administered by ************* energy service experts, sunserve energy residential in the last 4 yrs the system has been inoperable for 13 months and counting as it just went down again. they refuse to fix the system in a timely manner but continue to harrass me to make payments. when calling them the hold time is in excess of 1 hr and emails go unanswered. they continue to refuse to live up to the production guarantee outlined in the lease contract going as far as telling me in 3 different emails that they didn't purchase that part now they are saying that I need to bring my account back to 0 as I quit paying after the system was down for 6 months and no end in sight of getting it fixed. once fixed I started paying again. They refuse to provide any assistance on purchasing the system from them just to get out of the contract as they are taking up way to much of my retirement time...ETC ETC ETC worst company i have ever dealt with and i found that the ** state attorney general is investigating them as well....
