    The owner Lucas is an extremely rude man. His employees were very kind and sweet. They were doing a job at my mom's next door neighbor's house and digging with a machine and ran into a buried line in her soil, similar to one for an electric ******** happened a couple times and both times she notified them and wasn't upset until the owner Lucas came up to my mother and started screaming at her that this was her fault for not telling him they had a ******* line.He even started yelling "where!?" And grabbed some of the line that was sticking out and physically ripped out more of it- about 5 ft. He was physically escalating the situation, I would never feel comfortable with this man coming on any property I own. I talked to him Myself on the phone and he admitted he didn't know where the property line was on my mom's neighbor's house or on another job he had that same day. He just took the owners word for it (it's not their fault) instead of getting maps from the city, especially using heavy equipment to dig. He also tried to convince me over the phone that he had fixed the line, which he did not. His kind employees stayed overtime to help her rebury it but it still was unattached and doesn't work. Lucas was Unprofessional and unhinged. Normally I don't leave reviews but I had to here, especially when I kindly called to make a complaint the first thing he did was throw his employees under the bus and said they're terrible, and asked me not to leave a bad review for him.When I told him my story he said that he was the one that spoke to my mom and he lied about it all. My brother and sisters were there and we have cameras around the house.They corroborated the story.
