1 starBusiness has their caller id registered as "department of veteran affairs" didn't learn they weren't the VA till half way thru their speach and hung up

1 starI had the complete displeasure of dealing with ***************************. When I initially submitted my application I had to run him down for 2 weeks to get a response. I later added a co-applicant a few days ago and ***** never bothered to do anything with the application again. He then stated 3 days later and multiple attempts to reach him, he says his wife's water broke and he's at the hospital. The following day I reached out again and asked if he wasn't working could someone else complete the pre-approval. He then transfers me to a guy in CA who doesn't even work for Success Mortgage. All this time ***** claimed he was working on the applications and would have our pre-approval letter when he wasn't doing anything. He questioned my co-applicant about residing in AR. Since when has that ever stopped anyone from purchasing a home in another state. People buy homes in different states of residence all the time, but for us it was a problem. I called the local office who informed me there was no application on file for me at all. I finally told ***** to disregard the applications. He responded saying, "that sounds great.
